Q: What is the process for refunding customers?

A: The process of refunding customers starts with logging into your Seller Account and selecting ‘Refunds’ option. Here you will find all orders with pending refunds along with their details such as product name, order number, customer information and more. You can then select the products which need to be refunded or canceled, specify the reason behind it, and click on ‘Refund/Cancel’ button to proceed further. The refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 3-5 days.

All you have to do is visit our website, fill out your personal information such as name, email address, password, repeat password and shop name.
