Here you can add new products, edit product information such as name, price and quantity of items. Moreover, you can also delete the products from your inventory or mark them unavailable for sale.

Here you will find a list of all active customer queries along with their statuses so that you can quickly address their concerns. Furthermore, in this section, you can also reply to any query or assign it to one of your team members for further assistance.
A: You can receive payments from your customers through various payment methods available on our website, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Cash-on-delivery, Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit cards. All payments will be deposited into your registered bank account within a few days. Additionally, you can track your payment history by logging into your Seller Account and clicking on ‘Payments’ section.

A: The process of refunding customers starts with logging into your Seller Account and selecting ‘Refunds’ option. Here you will find all orders with pending refunds along with their details such as product name, order number, customer information and more. You can then select the products which need to be refunded or canceled, specify the reason behind it, and click on ‘Refund/Cancel’ button to proceed further. The refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 3-5 days.

Creating a Seller Account on Pairod.pk is straightforward and free of charge! All you have to do is visit our website, fill out your personal information such as name, email address, password, repeat password and shop name. Additionally provide us with some basic information like your address or NIC number if applicable ,NTN number along with the Utility Bill and Bank Details for authentication purpose.
